LEVIN accepts returns and exchanges on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Unless the error is on our part, customers are responsible for any associated delivery fees.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the item.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, certain products—such as undergarments—are not eligible for return or exchange once trialed.
