Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Levin offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

Product Availability:

We are cordially giving you the information that our featured items have limited quantities. Most of the products displayed on our website  in stock. Because of the limited availability, the nature of production, technical issues, stock cannot be updated automatically. We update it manually in a specific timely manner. In some cases, even if the product appears on the website, the delivery may be disrupted.

 

 

Order Policy:

Order will be placed only if the products are available on our website. Once an order is placed by the customer it will be confirmed within the next 24 hours. Levin  reserves the right to cancel the order based on product availability & in the case of advance payment customer will be refunded according to our refund policy. Once the order is confirmed by levin, the customer cannot cancel the order for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & paid orders. After getting the confirmation mail we will proceed with the order according to our shipping policy.

 

Shipping Policy :

We have home delivery service inside Dhaka City & outside Dhaka, customers may collect the product from the nearest courier hub. The maximum delivery time for inside Dhaka is 1-2 days and outside Dhaka is 3-5 days (Delivery time may vary as per Govt. Policies, climate disaster, unwanted circumstances). As we are associated with the courier partners to deliver the product, so the delivery process is not completely in our control. If the product is damaged or lost for any reason, we will take appropriate steps considering the situation.

 

Prices:

The prices indicated on the website of levin are shown in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are clearly shown in the checkout page and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.

 

Data Policy:

We receive Customers basic details (Name, Mobile, email, address etc.) while registration & Placing order & we will store this data in our own Database. We assure you that this data can be used only our promotional purpose and we will not share your any information with anyone without your permission.

 

Feedback & Comments:

 

Any opinions left on the Website by customers are screened and moderated by Levin. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary etc.), Levin reserves the right to refuse or modify it.

 

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

 

  • If you want to exchange the product you need to informed us within 1 days, for that the quality of the previous product need to remain intact.

  • Change of Mind: If any customer do not wish to receive product after placing an order and the parcel in on delivery, then only delivery charge applicable.

  • If you find any problem or not satisfy with the quality after receiving the items please contact in our Facebook message within 1 days. In that case we will work on your problem based on your complain and exchange the parcel and take back the pervious parcel during delivery. And if you do not want to exchange and place a refund request in that case we will return the parcel after inspection we will refund you the money within 3 days after receiving the previous product

  • If you find any defect or not satisfied with our quality please return the parcel to the delivery man and place a complain in our Facebook message.In that case if already paid the amount and not want to take the product further we will refund you within 3 days 
  • If we are not able to deliver any product for that on our customer care executive directly contact with you and refund you the money  within 3 days after the contact has been made 
  • Customer also  can come to our office for exchange and refund

    Delivery Policy

    We strive to deliver the products purchased from Levin  in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Before starting our delivery process we would confirm your order and payment details over phone .We deliver to your doorstep all around Bangladesh.

     

    Delivery Charge -  BDT 60  is applicable for inside Dhaka Metro area,

           BDT100 Taka is applicable as delivery charge in any order placed through     this website and this charge is applicable for all over Bangladesh.

    Our delivery time starts right after we have confirmed your order,

    Inside Dhaka – Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 1-2  days’ after the confirmation.

    Outside Dhaka –Products will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly after the confirmation. 3-5  days’ time is required for delivery outside Dhaka depending upon the distance and our affiliated courier service. 

     

     

  • Cash on Delivery is available outside Dhaka too.

     If we face any obstacle and not able to deliver the product in the give  time, we will notify the customer via phone or mail , or SMS .
