Exchanges
  • LEVIN will happily accept exchange requests due to change of mind or size issues as long as a request to exchange is informed within 7 Days of receipt of the item and is in unused, and in a resalable condition.
  • The customer has to inform LEVIN about the exchange request during this period either by email to levinapparel360@gmail.com or call at +88016101066663 from 10 am to 6 pm during working days or contact us at our Facebook Page Support Inbox.
  • You can exchange an item from an order partially or entire order. However, customers must have to pay the delivery fee of the exchange delivery charge. In case we dispatched any wrong item or size, we will bear the expense of the exchange delivery charge. The exchange delivery charge inside Dhaka Metro is 70 TK, and Outside Dhaka 120 TK.
  • Once the exchange request is received, we will check its stock availability. If it's available, we'll dispatch it as requested.
  • If the desired item is not available in stock, the customer can exchange it with any other available product from LEVIN.
  • This can take 3-5 working days as per usual delivery procedures. Customers can ask for delivery updates in our support inbox.

 

Return and Refunds

  • LEVIN will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is informed within 7 Days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in unused, and in a resalable condition.
  • The customer has to inform LEVIN during this period either by mail to levinapparel360@gmail.com or call at +88016101066663 from 10 am to 6 pm during working days or contact us at our Facebook Page Inbox.
  • You can return an item from an order partially or entirely if you think it's not suitable for you. This has to be done in front of the delivery man. However, you must have to pay the delivery fee. In case we dispatched any wrong item or size, we will bear the expense of the delivery charge.
  • Once the product is received, the delivery man is gone and the customer wishes to return an item or entire order, Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
  • Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be issued against the order and payment will be disbursed at customer provided payment method. This can take 1-3 working days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email or phone.
  • Return due to Change of Mind doesn’t include sensitive clothes like Undergarments, innerwear, etc.
